Because all furniture items from David Francis are Make to Order (MTO), they may not be returned for any reason, other than product defect or damage during transit. Customer has the choice of providing customer owned material (COM) or selecting one of over 50 fabric choices by InsideOut and Sunbrella
Customer Owned Material (COM)
Room Tonic will contact you prior to processing your order to ensure we guide you on the number of yards of fabric required to upholster each piece based on a 54" roll of plain fabric. Room Tonic will also provide you assistance with the fabric pattern chart which will help you to compute additional yardage required for matching repeats.
David Francis will not be held responsible for any remnant material. However, they will try to return all unused fabric, when available.

Sunbrella Canvas is a special collection of fabrics that look and feel like the finest cotton. The fiber content of Sunbrella Canvas is 100% Sunbrella Acrylic with a woven construction and a non-PFOA water and stain repellent finish.

3-year limited warranty for upholstery and specialty fabrics. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of InsideOut Performance Fabrics® and protects against InsideOut Performance Fabrics® becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.
This warranty covers InsideOut Performance Fabrics® only. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the furniture, including labor and installation.
InsideOut Performance Fabrics® reserve the right to review and inspect any fabric submitted for claim.Product Care
David Francis’ indoor furniture and appearance should be enjoyed for years with proper care and maintenance. Please download and read the attached care and maintenance instructions and instruct those persons responsible for the care and maintenance of your furniture investment to follow these care procedures. Failure to maintain proper care and maintenance of your furniture may void the David Francis warranty.
