      A twist on your classic Gin & Tonic, this elixir is a whirlwind mountain getaway; crisp air, crunchy snow.  This is the perfect tonic for the après ski party and fireside chats!

      Alpine Gin & Tonic Recipe

      • 2 oz Gin
      • .5 oz YES COCKTAIL CO. Alpine Tonic Syrup
      • 4 oz Carbonate Water

      Combine first two ingredients in a glass and stir gently to combine. Add ice and top up with carbonated water to taste.  Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

      Refrigerate after opening.

      Ingredients: Filtered water, cane sugar, cinchona bark (quinine), quinine concentrate, lemon peel, lime peel, grapefruit peel, orange peel, allspice, cardamom, other spices, and Douglas Fir tip. That's it!

      Mixers and syrups should be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 24 months after purchase. 

      Once opened, refrigerate and use within 8 weeks. 

      Can't use it up in time?  Freeze the liquid into an ice cube tray.  The mixer ice cubes can be stored indefinitely in the freezer and are perfect portion sizes.
